Nothing beats having a long soak in a bubble bath…. but a good cup of tea and a big slice of cake comes in at a close second place!
Does anyone else watch every wedding show on tv or is it just me? One of my favourites is ‘say yes to the dress’.

I’m very particular about things and want everything to be done to the best it can be. Attention to detail is something I take pride in, it’s the little details that make a huge difference. Don’t get me started on wonky cakes or bumpy icing. I’m a little OCD about the finish of my cakes but that’s what ensures our high standards. I’m happy to take the extra time to faff and make sure everything is done right for each couple on their wedding day.
A pretty cake is very important but does it taste good?

Previously to becoming a wedding cake designer Emma trained as a pastry chef and has years of experience working in some of Aberdeens fine dining restaurants.
With her background in pastry and desserts the taste of your cake is so important to her. Sourcing the finest ingredients, using her knowledge to create tried and tested recipes for her luxury cake menu. You can feel confident that each flavour will leave your guests satisfied.
